MY I-94 got expired on 27Aug2011 , My L1B extension been filled before expire of my I-94 .
After receiving 2 RFE's on petition my extension got denied on 21stDec2011.
With in how many days I have to leave US country
What all other options there for me to come back again to USA .
my company planning to apply H1 B for me , but I have to wait till Oct 2012 . is it possible to apply business visa to come back to USA meanwhile My H1 get processed ? is it will have any impact on H1 processing ..please advice
