What is the minimum duration between my travel date and expiration date of L1B visa?

Hi

I have L1B Blanket and it's going to expire on Sep 2012. Currently i am in US and did not apply for extension. Planning to apply for extension in March 2012.

Is there any minimum duration to travel india before visa going to expire/apply?

I am planning to go to india in feb 2012 for personal work. Will it be any difficult while coming to us at port of entry?

You can enter the US even on the last day of the visa expiration.
