L1B individual Visa

My company applied for my L1b individual petetion in the month of may 2011, and it was a premium processing. Then I attended the interview in june. They handed me a 221g pink form and ticked the addition processing required checkbox.From then in the vfs site the status of my passport is <<Your Passport is under process at U.S Embassy/Consulate>> . Then I received a call from embassy in the month of september for 2nd round of interview at embassy. I attended the same and the VO told me there is nothing wrong with my application, but he is not sure about company tax statement(US tax statement) and said he is sending the application back to us.But from that october to this december, there is no change in status in USCIS/ VFS regarding my application. So can anyone through some light on this? what should I do now?

You should contact VFS about the status update.

Also, you should contact your sponsor employer to see if they have received any communication from them.
