L-1A with different Company
Hi, Guys I need help regarding L-1A petition with different company while on L-1B in US
Let my India Company as IA and USA Company as UA
I am on L-1B now and working for Company UA in US and it is expiring in 3 months.
Both Companies IA and UA are going to close soon.
Company IA management is going to open new company (IB) in India this month and all the employees is going to become employees of new India Company IB. And also India management is going to open one new company next month in US (UB).
My Indian Company (IB) is planning to file L-1A for me. Is it possible according to L-1A rules? Please Advise.
Can I show my IA company's experience as IB company's experience?
This is very important to me, Please clarify the problems and possiblies.
