Max out for L1
Hello All,
I had stayed on L1B from Jan 2007 to November 2010 (4 years) and then left to India. Before going to India my second extension was approved till Jan 2012. I came back to USA in December 2011 with a gap of greater than one year. Now I have applied for L1B extension again.
1) Will there be any issues with the extension?
2) How long can I expect to get the extension?
3) Will my max out period be reset as I was away for more than a year?
