L2 to L1 transfer..
Hi,I worked for my employer for 4 months from India and then I moved to US with my spouse on L2 visa and now from last 8 months I am working for my same india employer in US based on my EAD. Now my employer wants to get L1B files for me. My query is do I qualify for L1B as I have read few members mentioning in other posts that one qualifies for L1B only if the employee has been based in india and has worked for the employer from India for more than 1 year in past 3 years.
