EAD document submission

Hi All,
I am in US on L2 visa and I have made e filing for EAD and received EAD confirmation receipt day before yesterday. Please suggest me whether I should mail the supporting documents to the given address now only or shall I wait for official receipt notice to receive through standard mail. The EAD confirmation receipt states that "DO NOT mail photos or copies of identification unless requested to do so by USCIS". Please suggest.

Also, do I need to send my marriage certicate or only I 94 and visa will suffice?

EAD document submission

If they have clearly mentioned to wait for USCIS direction to send documents, you should wait till they ask you to send the documents. As for marriage certificate,I-94 copy should suffice. For more details see : https://www.immihelp.com/employment-...-document-ead/

do send copy of marriage certificate ,i did not sent initially and had to send later when I got rfe asking for marriage certificate.
