Hi,
I am on L1 , which is expiring in Aug 2012 and maxing out sep 26 2012. I have not recaptured until the max out date yet.
I am going to apply for a H1 this year which will be effective only from Oct 2012. I am worried about the 4 days gap between L1 Max out and H1 .
Can anyone suggest the possible ways for uninterrupted stay in US ?
If I travel to a contry outside of US ( like canada ) for 4 days and then apply for the L1 extension until Sep 30 2012, will that help my case?
Please advice.
