What was the reason for denial? Technically there is no time limit, you can re apply immediately, but I would refrain from doing so unless there is substantial change in the reasons for which the extension was denied in the first place. If you apply immediately it will most probably be denied again. An experienced attorney would need to look into the reasons for rejection and prepare a stronger case the next time you apply. This is my opinion, as said, consult the experts too.
