L1B to L1A Conversion filed. Spouse Travel Question

Hello,

I am currently on L1B in the US. My spouse was here with me until November but she had to travel to India due to personal reasons.

Post that my L1B to L1A conversion was filed. As of now, my L1A is under processing from USCIS (i have an open RFE that is under processing). I want to check:

1. Is it possible for my wife to travel to US on her current L1B VISA (valid till 24-Apr-2012) and file for her extension once she is back in US based on my L1A?

2. Or she needs to wait until my L1A is approved and get the stamping done in India before she can travel back.

Please let me know.

L1B to L1A Conversion filed. Spouse Travel Question

As she has valid visa till 24-Apr-2012 she can travel back and apply for extension based on your L1-A approval notice. This is my opinion, do seek expert opinions/help too.
