I94 expires after max out

Hi,
I am in Us on my second L1B. My visa , L1b and petition expiry dates are 26July2013. However I would max out my 5 year stay in US by March2013. I stayed in Us for 2.5 years on my first L1B and then came back on my second L1B after spending 4 months in India. Now my confusion is can i stay till July2013 in US or would that be considered as overstay.

The exact date of travels have to be taken to see how long have you been in US. Consult with your company lawyer is there is any chance of recapturing some time. If all the time spent in US is touching 5 Years I would recommend you to leave before that.This is my opinion, please consult experts too.
