L2 EAD New or Renewal
Hello, I had an L2 which expired in Dec 2010. I went back to India and came back to USA in 2012 on L2. I would like to apply EAD again. But the application says that I need the front and back of the old EAD. But I do not have the old EAD with me as it was expired and I had discarded it. Will this be a problem when applying for renewal of EAD? Or do I apply for a fresh EAD as I do not have the old EAD with me anymore? Please advice.
