I am a B.Sc graduate and possess 5.5 years of experience in IT. Currently working in a leading US based IT firm. My company is processing L1B individual right now
I heard that L1B has a high rejection rate. I would like to know the rejection rate of L1B individual and also need some good advice on how to handle the question "Special knowledge".
What is the possibility of the visa getting rejected after pettition is approved.
