Hi,
I am a L2 visa holder. My visa as well as my husband’s is valid till Jan 2013. My husband is currently at onsite for an assignment since 2 months. Since I was in a job, I could not join him then. Now there are some issues in his project and he wants to resign. If he does, he needs to give 3 months notice period during which he has to serve there. If he does not resign, his company would sponsor my trip. However, since he has decided to resign, can I still travel with the L2 (tickets being sponsored by my husband and not his company)? If I am travelling during his notice period will there be any problems for me at the port of entry? Kindly advise.
