8 yrs exp applying for L1B

Having 8 years of experience but company has forced me to apply for L1B instead of L1A. A question may arise that why you didnt apply for L1A with this much experience.

How to manage this question? Kindly suggest me.

Your experience has nothing to do with this. The company files petitions according to your job. For L1A the job has to be Multinational executive or manager which involves not just people management but making strategic decisions for the company. If the company lawyers don't believe that your job can be proved to be such, L1B is appropriate.
