Hello,
My company is planning to send me to onsite this year. I have an option of applying for L1B or H1B. I'm confused and can't choose one. The earlier I travel the better...Pls help.
My education - B.E ECE, and have 4 yrs IT exp. If I start applying for L1B next week, how long would it take to get the PA date? Is rejection chance higher for non CS graduates.?
What would happed if I apply for L1B now and later it is rejected in sometime around June. Is there a risk of H1B cap closing before June? Can I take my chances with L1B?
