L1B individual rejection possibility after USCIS approval?

Hi,

Greetings to all the forum members and admin. This is my first post on immihelp though I have been following it for quite sometime now. Not sure if the same question has been posted before or not but I was unable to find an answer and was kinda in rush hence posting is again:

My company filed an individual L1B petition and it got approved from USCIS on 26th Jan. I am going for visa stamping this week Friday (3/2) at the Chennai consulate.

Can anybody tell me about the kind of questions I might face for an L1B individual visa case? I already attended an interview for L1b blanket on December which got rejected so I am aware of the kind of questions they ask in that.

Also, what is the chance of a visa denial if I have an approved petition for L1B individual?

Just because the L1 petition is approved, there is no guarantee that you will get the visa.

I am in the same boat. I got refusal under 221g for my L1B Blanket petition on 31st May 2012. My company is again filing for L1B individual. Please keep posted.
