L1 Visa- Question on Specialized skill for Testing background

I have a question on the most crucial answer to be given.
My background is testing and i have 5+ years of experience. Basically it is a complete Manual testing.
So with this, how can i potrait it as a specialized skill?
I have been in the same domain and product for more than 3 years. Can i say product and domain knowledge as a specialized knowledge?
Can anyone of you who got approved, let me know the answers for specialized skill set?

Product domain knowledge may be specialized skill but I don't think manual testing is any specialized skill.

I'm in the same boat and wanted to know what happened when you said you have required domain knowledge in the visa interview? Thanks in advance.
