L1 Aproved but passport not yet delivered

Friends, VO has approved my L1 and informed that the passport back within 4-5 days but after 4 weeks still not received the passport... Please share if anybody has same experience.

vfs is just an courier service, they will not have info until the get passport from embassy though its under process.. i wann a collect previous experiences if any like this..
