Lost (Didnt get) my 221(G) Form

Hi All
At the time of my L1B denial, VO didn’t hand over the 221(g). He just gave me I129S Form. So I don’t have any proof for 221(g).
Kindly let me know the importance of the 221(G) & procedure to get back it.

Did the visa officer say that he is refusing the visa/denying it or your visa is not approval something of this sort? If yes, then there is no need for 221G form. 221G forms are given only if they need additional evidences, documentations etc. Sometimes the VO decides that your case is too weak and issues a denial on the spot. You can always apply again with the same petition though the chances are slim if the underlying case details havent changed much. This is my opinion not legal advice.
