Can someone help me understand about the EAD?
My L1 VISA is going to expire in May2012. However, my as well as my wife's I-94 is valid till Oct 2014. We came to know that we can stay in US till our I-94 is valid (even if the VISA expires)My wife is willing to work in US, and therefore she is planning to apply for EAD. Now,we are not sure, whether the validity of EAD is till L1- VISA expires or it is based on I-94.
