Hello All,
I had stayed on L1B from 2 Feb 2007 to 22 Sep 2008 (1.7 years) and then came back to india on 13 Dec 2008 and stayed till 1 may 2009, then left to India. After going to India i applied for fresh petition was approved 13 July 2009 till 28 June 2012. I came back to USA in 4 July 2011 and still in US till date with a gap of greater than one year. Now what type of visa i have to apply L1B or L1A. if L1B will that be extension or fresh petion for how long that will be valid (3 years?).
Will my max out period be reset as I was in india for 2 years (valid visa from 13 Jul 2009 till 28 july 2012)?
