Is Primary (L1) visa passport should have Spouse name to process for L2 for spouse?

I'm applying for L1 passport but my passport doesnt contain spouse name, but my wife's, daughter's passport contains my name in their passports. In this case can they apply for L2? Please clarify.
We have other documentation like, marriage certificates, wedding albums etc.

It should be fine as long as they have your name in their passport.

>>> Names of the dependents in your passport doesn't matter to the VO. The marriage certificate and the childrens birth certificates should match with the names in their corresponding passports. That is all that matters.
