L2 EAD to H1B...Is it worth it?

Hi,
My spouse is on L1 and I am on L2 EAD. I am already working in the US for the past 1 year. Consultants have been approaching asking me if I would like to get onto H1B.

I have few concerns -
1. Is it worth it? On L2 EAD I dont need any sponsorship.
2. My spouse's L1 is up for renewal in March 2013. Will my change to H1 lead to any issues?
3. My spouse's GC will be filed by the company shortly. Will my change of status lead to any issues?

>>> Yes, on L2 EAD you don't need any sponsorship. But your L2 is tied to your spouse's L1 and you will be able to work in L2 only till your spouse is mainatiing the valid L1 status.
