L1B extension denied but H1B approved with counselor approval..need advise..

Hi,
I have a typical situation. I was working on L1B through company A ,my extension was filed with USCIS which later has RFE and got denied.In mean time company B has filed H1B which has counselor approval.Now I am in india and have to go for visa stamping.Pls help with your inputs on following questions..

1.L1B extension rejection has any impact on H1B stamping?
2.Set of questions will be asked related to L1B extension during H1B stamping?
3.Documents I need to carry during H1B visa i/v?
4.I am yet to resign Company A(my L1B employer) but will be going for H1B stamping through company B,any issue?
5.What questions will have around #4 during i/v.
