Does L1-B require academic degree?

Hi,
I am located in Israel, and I am working in a startup company that bought by a US company, 2 years ago, currently I am considering relocation to US on L1-B Visa.
I am working in the startup around 5 years, but the main issue is that I don’t have academic degree, would it cause any issues?
