L1A visa reappearing for interview

Hi all,
I have applied for L1A balnket visa last year in july 2011 @chennai conulate and it got denined . Now company is applying L1-A individual for me . After the L1-A denial i have not appioed any other work permit such as H1-B. I need to know below things

will this interview effected with my previous rejection?
shall i go with family for L1-A individual interview , so they can get their stamping along with me ?

>>> Advisable to take the interview along with the dependents. That way, there will be very less questions to your dependents and when your visa gets approved, they will also get their visas approved (In almost most cases).
