Hi,
I am a manager (3 direct reports) in India and have worked for the same company for more than 5 years but when I move to US I will have no subordinates in my proposed role. Can my applicantion be under L1a? Do I need to be a manager in US or in India for application under L1a? I may be working more as a specialist in US.
Also, please guide what implication L1a or L1b visa has on my/company's application for green card later? Does L1b makes it more difficult than L1a?
