L2 Dependent for my mother

I am a L1 A visa holder. My wife and my daughter are holding their L2 dependent visa. I am the only son for my mum and she is of age 67. My father is no more. In this scenario is there any way to get L2 dependent visa for my mother. Please suggest me.

L2 Dependent for my mother

L2 is solely for spouse and children. Your mother doesnt qualify for L2, you can apply for a visitor visa and try your luck wherein she would be able to come and stay with you for soem time (based again on the I-94 at POE). I dont mean to discourage you but off late its been really difficult to procure visitor visa for widows. This is my opinion, please do consult experts too.
