L1B to L1A Transfer Question

    L1B to L1A Transfer Question

    I am in US for the past 4 years in L1B. Company applies for L1B to L1A transfer now.

    I have valid L1B till October and have got an RFE on L1A. If my new L1A application gets rejected, will it impact my current L1B.

    Please answer.

    No, you can remain in the US and work until your I-94 date.

      Can I go out of the country

      In the same scenario, can I go out of the country and come back with my old L1B.

      Please confirm.

        Yes, as long as the petition and Visa are valid and you have time remaining from the 5 year limit.
