Name discrepancy in L1B/L2 visa supporting documents

I am applying for L1 visa for me and L2 visa for my spouse and child.

My wife's name is appearing differently in supporting documents as follows.

In My passport (as name of spouse) : Shitalben
In spouse's passport: Shitalben
In child's passport (as name of mother): Sheetal
In Marriage certificate: Sheetal
In child's birth certificate (as name of mother): Sheetal

In my native, suffix "ben" is usual for women. My name is consistent in all documents.

Will it create trouble in getting L1 for me and L2 for them? If so, please guide for possible solution.

Your wife's passport need to be changed to match with your marriage certificate and with the child's birth certificate.
