    I completed 3 years on L1 visa and I moved to H1 visa, It got approved for 3 years. Do I have another 3 years to work on H1B?

    Yes, You are allowed to stay for a total of 6 years on L1B+H1.

      OK, so total 6 years only.

        Yes. If you want to extend the H1B beyond the 6th year, then your GC PERM should have been filed 365 days before the end of your 6th year on H1B (1 year extension) or both PERM and I-140 should be approved before the end of the 6th year (3 year extension).
