L1A or L1B

My company currently wants to transfer me to US. HR is offering L1B. I have more that 15+ years of experience and has been in managerial role for the past 6 years.

1) Should I request them to process L1A instead of L1B?

2) What are the pros and cons?

3) What else should I ask for from the HR (sponsorship, support, etc.) to support Green Card application process.

Li Individual approved by US service center

Dears ,

I was rejected last month for L1 blanket , now my HR applied for L1 individual and it has been approved by US service center , i hav to appear in the interview again ,

Can somebdy guide me what specific they can ask for L1 individual VISA during interview , I am very nervous this time ,
what are the chances that i will get this time ? As it has been previously approved by USISC , does it adds to the probability of getting the VISA ,
