Got L1 stamped for 3 years in June-2007. US Stays in details
VISA on 4-July-2007 (3 Years)
In : 18-Dec-2007, OUT : 23-May-2008
In : 14-May-2009, OUT : 18-June-2010

VISA EXTNSION (2 Years)
In : 14-July-2010

Now I-94 expires on 23-July-2012,
Can I expect an extension to my visa since my total stay of 5 years is not completed.
Also I stayed in India for about a year (355 days) in 2008-2009, is my new petition in 2010 get counted as new petition?
Ultimate question is should I expect another visa extension on L1?
