This might be a stupid question 
Employer filed the L1 extn in premium processing, with 2 FedEx shipping labels, one to send the forms to USCIS and a second return shipping label as well. If USCIS issue an RFE, will they be using that return shipping label for the RFE notice or USCIS will use their own shipping for RFE notice? Our return shipping label will be used only for the final decision ?
