  • DS-160 Question - immediate relatives/Family in US

I am in the process of filling DS-160 form and am confused with this question

Do you have any immediate relatives/Family in US?

Scenario: I am in US currently and would be going to India for stamping(L1A).My wife and son would also accompany me for stamping (they are on L2)

What would be the answer to above question
    1) Should I include my Wife and Son as they are my immediate relatives (Spouse & Child) and answer "Yes"

    2) Same question for my wife's DS-160?
Should she mention Yes again- spouse being me and chils being our son.

Or should both os us say No as we would be in India for stamping and we wouldnt have any immediate relatives in US?

If there is no other immediate relatives in U.S (other than your wife and son who will be with you during the visa interview), you can answer NO to this question.
