i-94 Extension got deined, Due to that valid visa and petition also denied?

Hi,

If my I-94 extension got denied,

is it possible L1 petition also get denied? USCIS will denied my petition also?

Only the extension got denied. The visa in the passport will remain valid until the expiry date printed in the visa or stamped cancelled (CWOP) by the consulate when you attend the visa interview again the next time. The previous petition if any and the corresponding I-94 will remain valid until the expiry date printed in the petition or revoked by the employer.

As long as you haven't violated your status while in U.S, there will be no issues. You can leave the country and return back as long as your L1 petition and L1 visa remains valid. The job should exist with the employer who filed your L1 petition. You will need to carry all the required documents to show at the POE.

Now Denied data will be available in my records. When I come back to USA using the old Visa and Petition, POE will not validate the Denied data exist at my records?

They will ask any questions for Denied status?
