L1B Individual Visa chances

My L1B Blanket VISA was denied , and now I have applied for L1B Individual , the petition has already been appvoved by US service center , now i have scheduled another interview for next week ,
can anybody suggest

What are the chances to get VISA this time ?
What are the probable questions they can ask this time
Can they ask anything about last VISA rejection (eg. why it was rejected etc etc ?)

>>> Hypothetical like these cannot be answered. But the chances of L1 individual is better than the L1 blanket.

>>> Same like before. Mostly about your employment and employer and your eligibility for the job.

Can they ask anything about last VISA rejection (eg. why it was rejected etc etc ?)
>>> They can. But they know why it was rejected last time as the information will be in their system.

The reason of rejection , they may have recorded in the system , but i dont knoe the specific reason , what should my answer be..If VO asks " what improvements you made with respect to the last time ??"
