I m on L2, i have EAD and valid through 7/7/2013, i m working now. My husband is about to get H1B this year (around Nov 2012). Automaticaly my status will change from L2-H4. in that case

can i work untill my EAD get expires(till 7/7/2013) ?

>>> Your status will not automatically change to H4. When your husband files his H1B as a COS from L1, he should also file your COS from L2 to H4. Otherwise you will go out of status on L2 when his H1B gets effective.

can i work untill my EAD get expires(till 7/7/2013) ?
>>> Once your status changes to H4 or you go out of status on L2 (As of the H1B effective date), you can no longer work in L2 EAD.
