Hi,
Following are the my details and I would like to know which category I will be eligible? My employer is planning to sponsor GC for me and I would like to know which category I can file. Just heard recently that the EB2 dates are retrograde to Aug 2007 and it was disappointing.
I have done B.Sc (12+3 yrs) in Computer Science and done Master of Computer Applications(MCA, 3yrs) in India in 2004.
I came to US in AUG 2009 on L1B visa (onsite for the same employer).
I am currently Technical Lead (From 2008) and leading 12 to 30 people in my team.
Recently completed SCJP, SCWCD and SCEA (Sun Certified Enterprise Architect) certifications.
Overall I have 8 years of experience and all of them are from my current employer (Joined as Fresher in 2004).
Can you please provide your thoughts on which category will be best suited for this situation?
