L2 visa renewal

I am in L1 visa and wife and daughter are in L2, Our L1 and L2 visa are expired in Dec 2011.
I have my new L1 renewal approved petition and my wife & daughter has separate L2 renewal approved petition till Dec 2013. Currently staying in US and dont have plan to go India. But my wife & daughter want to go india in Jun 2012 and also they are planning to do L2 renewal visa stampingin India.
My question is, whether my wife & daughter will face any problem during visa renewal / stamping in India, as I am principal applicant and dont have valid visa?

There will be no issues because you have an expired L1 visa. Your visa is not required for them to get their visa stamped. Your valid L1 petition is what is important.
