L1B visa related queries

I had few queries regarding L1B visa :

here they go:
1) I have 32 months overall experience and working in the same company since campus joining. Can this short experience be a huge hurdle in my visa process? As work wise i am at par with the expectations from onsite end and this wont be an issue while justifying.
2)Any previous onsite visits for same client can add to the advantage? I understand these are different visas but still being considered for meetings/discussions at onsite end can make them realize he has been an active member of the project....isn't it?
3) How important is the current salary factor?

>>> It will not. When they process L1, then see if you are qualified for L1. They will not care whether you have visited U.S earlier in different visa category or not.

3) How important is the current salary factor?
>>> Current salary outside U.S i no big factor. Your salary in U.S should not be less than the approved LCA. That is what matters.

Hi.. i have a QA profile. I am functionally and technically sound on proprietery tools.This is the first time i am going for Visa interview and seeing rejection rate, nit nervous too.Going through this forum, i have analysed that only 2 ques will decide ur fate..I do not know how should convince the consulate on below ques...Please help...

1. Why your project needs to be done from US ?
