L2 Approved , L1 receipt still Pending

Dear Experts,

Its been 3 weeks since the L1 and L2 extension was filed . I received the extension approval notice for the dependants ,but still waiting for the receipt number for the principal applicant.

Is there anyone who has gone through similar situation?

Friends, if you have gone through this scenario, how long it took to get the receipt/approval notice for principal applicant? I am just curious as we are planning for a trip to India on medical reasons.

L1 receipt Pending

Freinds, I am really worried that I do not have the receipt number for the L1 extension.

Coud anyone advise me on the timeline to expect the receipt fro USCIS ? Since L2 and L1 extensions were submitted together, the docs have defenitely reached USCIS...its just that l2 got approved in a couple of days and L1 receipt number is still to be provided..

Your employer or their lawyer should follow this up with USCIS. It is their petition and receipt will be sent to whatever address they mentioned on the form.
