I-94 Extension Denied, Applying fresh L1-B

Hi,
I-94 Extension Denied and my employer applying fresh L1-B visa. Most of the people told that more possiblites to Rejection again.

My client provided I have specialized knowledge at Client tools and Oracle ERP system. This will help to get the new L1-B visa Approval possibilities?
