My L1 B visa is getting expired in Oct 2012 and I-94 vaild till Nov-2013.
My spouse is currently working for a company and her I-94 is vaild till Nov-2013 , Visa till Oct 2012 and EAD vaild till July 2013.

We will be going back to India for stamping on new L1 B/L2 B visas in Oct-2012.
Question.
1)After returning can she immediately work on previous EAD(vaild till July 2013)

2)or If she needs to apply for new EAD then can she work on EAD which is valid till July 2013 and once new EAD comes then use new one?

She can use the same EAD.
However, there have been a lot of L1 denials recently. Ask your HR if other L1 employees in your company have faced such problems. If so it may be better to travel and return before your Visa expires.
