I just got the approval for the L1 A extension . I came to US in 2009 under L1 Blanket, and when the company applied the extn through I 129 , they changed to L1A based on my role. I got the approvals and new I-94 .
Could you please tell me if this is considered as L1A Individual now ? The approval notice has my name under the beneficiary and my company’s name under petitioner. How would I know the type of the visa? I need that info while the stamping at consulate. during my upcoming visit
