Maternity leave during L1b extension

My wife is on L1b and is on maternity leave. Her employer has already applied for extension for another 2 yr term. I worry if there is a query for pay stubs from USCIS. Her last paystub is for month of March. Will there be a concern for no paystub during the leave period on occassion of a query?

Maternity leave (within the norms) is not an issue. A typical maternity leave is 6 weeks for normal delivery and 8 weeks for C-section. Beyond that you would need a letter from either your or your child's physician to support further time off.
