Hi,
I am on L1 -A visa and it is valid till Nov 30, 2012. I have been given the VISA for 1 year and and I want to apply for my renewal of VISA on time. Here are few questions if any one can answer.
1. I am eligible to file for a green card and i dont need the Labor certificate. In this case how long the whole process take to get approval on my green card? Can i get it before exp of my VISA. My company is ready to file for my Green card.
2. I am bachelor and planning to get married next year. So if I get my green card, can I get the VISA directly for my spouse as a dependent with work permit in US or I should wait for getting her on L2 dependent VISA before filing for the green card?
3. What will be the best way for getting my spouse here on work VISA?
4. In case I go back to india after having an extension on my L1-A visa, can I enter back to US without re-stamping my VISA ? If not, what is the probability of getting it re-stamped. I am at the managerial position here as a Deputy General Manager.
5. If I go back to India in oct and come back in the first week of November, will I be eligible to enter United states with 25 days of valid time on my visa and extension time?
