L1B (Blanket) Stamping in Third Country

Hi,

I am currently at Onsite and need to get my L1B stamped with in next few months. I am in a very confused state now, I have an option to get the stamping done in Third country or to go back to india for stamping.

Please advice if it would be safe to get the stamping done in the third country ? Or is it advisable to go to India only for stamping ?

No one can say what is safe for an individual without knowing anything about the person or the company he/she is working for. If you go to a third nation for visa stamping and if there was a 221g for admin process, then you will end up stuck there for quite a while. If you are in your home country, at least you get the benefit of spending the time with your family and friends. Search and read the experiences posted by other members in the forum and decide which is best for you.
