whether L1B visa Valid - rejoin old company

Hi,

i have L1B visa which was taken in Company A and it is valid till June 2013.i have been to USA from July 2010 to Dec 2010 ( 6 months) in Company A.i have quit Company A and joined Company B on Nov 2011.


1. if i rejoin Company A again,whether L1B visa is valid
2. is there any options,i can use the same L1B visa in Company B and travel to USA

whether L1B visa Valid - rejoin old company

Your L1B is still valid for you to travel if you re join employer A. You cannot use the current L1B to travel to US for Company B. This is my opinion.
